DynaNail Mini® for Medial Column Fusion

Innovative Intramedullary Nail System for Medial Column Fusion

The DynaNail Mini® for Medial Column Fusion System is an innovative intramedullary nail system designed for use in medial column fusion procedures and other large bone fusion procedures. Like its larger counterpart, the DynaNail® TTC Fusion System, the DynaNail Mini® harnesses Enovis™ patented internal pseudoelastic NiTiNOL technology, ensuring unparalleled compression capabilities, now in a compact design.

Features & Benefits

The DynaNail Mini® for Medial Column Fusion System stands alone as the sole fusion solution providing the compression capabilities akin to an external fixator within an intramedullary nail, ideal for medial column fusion procedures.

Featuring an innovative internal pseudoelastic NiTiNOL compressive element that automatically adapts to bone resorption and settling, the DynaNail Mini® for Medial Column Fusion System is the premier choice for limb salvage surgery when facing Charcot foot and other complex midfoot pathologies, including medial column fusion.

Demonstrated Elite Performance

Featuring an innovative internal Superelastic NiTiNOL Compressive Element that automatically adapts to bone resorption and settling, the DynaNail Mini® is the ultimate choice for limb salvage surgery when facing Charcot foot and other complex midfoot pathologies.

Clinical Case Example

Courtesy of Nicholas Strasser, MD (Slocum Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine)

60 year-old male who presented with midfoot charcot arthropathy, previous failed surgery, and broken hardware underwent a revision medial column fusion using the DynaNail Mini® Fusion System and bone allograft. Patient began a progressive weight-bearing program at 12 weeks post surgery and was stable and fully healed at 4.5 months post-op.

A 60-year-old man, diagnosed with midfoot Charcot arthropathy, with a history of unsuccessful surgery and hardware failure, underwent a corrective procedure. The revision involved fusion of the medial column using the DynaNail Mini® Fusion System and bone allograft.

The Proof Is In The Science

Unlike traditional midfoot beams that are unable to hold compression, the DynaNail Mini is the ONLY internal device that maintains active compression post-surgery in response to bone resorption or settling.1
